Diagnosis seems a mess…any ideas on NSCLC %@

@teedlum it's terrible that no one is following up on your biopsy with you. the ordering doctor (pulmonologist?) should have an appointment with you to review the results and help with any needed referrals for next steps. that said, it looks conclusive to me, too, for non small cell lung cancer. p63 is something they check for that helps them know which kind of NSCLC you have. a positive p63 test is more likely to be squamous cell (rather than adenocarcinoma.) if it was me, I would see an oncologist asap. sometimes health care providers are not comfortable with giving "bad" news. but in my experience, they will not refer you to an oncologist without a strong likelihood that you need one.
