What did you think about the Restore and rebuild bone program byDr Kim Millman?
What did you learn from it and what did you change as a result of the knowledge?
Was it worth the money?
I am considering signing up .

Yes, that does help. Was it hard to keep up with the program? I'm asking b/c I'm still working and one of my friends told me she withdrew b/c it was too much. I'm sure that feeling varies by person and I'd be interested in your experience.

Thanks.

@babs10 It can seem overwhelming at first because there are a lot of tests and foreign concepts.

If you give yourself an hour or so to dig through the materials (especially the tests) it will make sense. It's worth spending the time to do so because you will feel empowered not just around your bone health but your health in general.

Attending the Q/A sessions or listening to recordings also helps familiarize the concepts. If you take it bit by bit and not try to understand everything all at once you'll be fine. For some of the modules I listened/watched and often rewatched after listening to the Q/A session.

Correct me if I’m wrong but in the slide it says:
“Severe Osteopenia -3.7 to -2.2 to .9 normal…no”
That should have said osteoporosis I think ?…it’s just me but I’m a stickler for details.
Probably should come right out and say this is not for someone like me with severe osteoporosis and tscore of -4.8. Maybe almost anyone with greater than -4. Would like others experience…

@osteopatient2026 Osteoporosis is -2.5 and beyond.

The -2.2 would be osteopenia, but yes, the rest is OP.
