@tillymack , thanks! It’s difficult to get hair loss attention, imo. I guess it’s easier to get advice if they know what’s causing it. I have been seeing Duke Dermatology for years even before hair loss for my psoriasis. No flares since I started treating hair loss in 2023. I also use clobetasol foam on my scalp after each wash. It fights inflammation too.

To get more hair loss expertise I went to Dr. Angela Phipps (DO)of Bosley. She’s awesome! I am very pleased with her guidance. She prescribes some things. She says to keep my dermatologist though. I see both. I saw her on a TLC tv series called Bad Hair Day. You might be able to catch it on you tube. It’s about medical care for serious hair problems. Good luck! Most don’t realize how stressful this can be.

@celia16 Thanks for letting me know about Bosley and Dr. Phipps! I immediately started watching Bad Hair Days. There is a Bosley within driving distance so I might try that as well. Has a hair transplant ever been suggested for you? I investigated that online but decided I wasn't a good candidate. I actually thought you must live in Europe to get such attentive care!
