Hi @pollingtest1, welcome to Connect. What a great question.
I'd like to bring @kariulrich into this discussion. She's shared in another thread that she listens to sleep hypnosis every night. Pollingtest - I used to practice meditation regularly. The practice was to meditate for a short period, I think it was only about 15 minutes, each morning after waking and early evening before eating. It was relatively easy to fit into my schedule then because it was pre-family, husband, kids, etc. I would find that schedule challenging today. The other thing I remember is that the meditation could also be energizing, especially given the times of day I was doing it. A quick search on the Internet reveals an extensive list of videos of guided meditation for sleep, tips and more. Have you tried any of them?
