@ray666 Ray - sounds like John's idea is a good one to store it up against something and/or in back of something. Once you jump on board and use it for a while, please do post on how you are making out. I'm looking into one myself but with drop foot not sure at this point. Doing my homework so to speak before purchasing.

@njed Good morning, Ed– I have a bit of drop foot, too. Another reason to be cautious. I'm going to watch the manufacturer's videos and position the Stepper so I've a firm countertop to grip. It's the damnest thing, isn't it? Walking on uneven ground used to be a no-brainer; not too many years ago, I treat was walking Colorado's high-country trails. And here I am today, saying I'm going to be sure I've got a kichen countertop within grabbing distance. I don't recall seeing too many kictchen countertops above 14,000'. 🙂 Have a great day, Ed. –Ray (@ray666)
