Starting radiation for lung cancer: Any tips or words of wisdom?

I am in the middle of 5 round of sbrt radiation treatment for a clinical diagnosis of early stage lung cancer, my first two were last Wednesday and Friday, the last three are tomorrow Wednesday and Friday and fatigue is already taking place, i am a 74 yearold male and the compression belt set at 9, the leg restraints and arms behind my head plus staying very still for 30 mins or more is very tough. Regarding the fatigue and any other side effects, what can I expect this week and going forward, the radiation treatment is for my lower right lobe 1.7x1.3 lung cancer.

Anthony, @mosconiar , I hope you made it through the week ok. Be kind to yourself. Your body has been through a lot.
Did you have surgery too?
@mosconiar Hi I completed 5 sbrt 5 rounds this past March for an early stage 1 adenocarcinoma in my right lower lobe....The treatments were not difficult at all..Maybe a little fatigue but honestly nothing really hard..As far as side effects after a few months, Ive had some inflammation in my lungs with some mucus, which was recently..Some twinges of pain intermittently, but again nothing really uncomfortable....I have had 2 CT scans since March, and both showed a non viable nodule, successfully treated. I will have another scan in October...Good luck .......I'm 73.
