What is the best probiotic to take while on triple antibiotic therapy?

My dietician at NJH recommends Jarro-Dophilus EPS 10 billion CFU as a probiotic. I have been on it for 3 years and have had no problems with my gut. I buy it on Amazon.

@pmmar1 I have read that you should wait 2 hours before and after antibiotics to take a probiotic. I wonder about Greek yogurt or kefir, if they can be taken at the same time, or do you need to wait two hours apart from the antibiotic with them too?
