It seems every drug for osteoporosis has it to some degree.
At this point, I hope to hear from someone who has opted to do the surgery to implant the rod to prevent further fracture now or in the future for their experience and outccome.

@cynprev I can't speak to your question about the surgery to implant a rod, but I would like to chime in about every drug for osteoporosis carries with it some risk for AFF. That is not true. It is only true of the anti-resorptives (bisphosphonates and denosumab (Prolia). Good luck with your surgery.
