Dehydration: How long does it take to hydrate again?

I had a spinal procedure and doc said to take this because I was dehydrated. Walmart has this. It has 1,000 mg of sodium though so be careful.Right now I am using 1/2 the dosage. I am constantly running to the bathroom.

@mikaylar As kidney patients, we are always on the look out and reading labels! 1000mg of sodium is 43% of the normal diet. Waaay too much for a kidney diet!

@stephendsessomssr Perhaps using children's Pedialyte may help with dehydration? Check the label for the potassium! As CKD patients, tweaking and balancing our hydration/diet needs is such a challenge!
