@gs121 I live in Western North Carolina as well. I was able to get a second opinion on the pathology and a treatment plan from UNC at Chapel Hill. They have a fairly extensive bladder cancer center there.
I know this is a scary situation and an incredible amount of information to take in in the very short period of time.
I had the TURBT surgery in the Asheville area and I am almost finished with a 14 month long treatment with Gem/Doce.

My first TURBT was done at Asheville a few weeks ago and then the diagnosis. I do have two additional questions for you. How did you pick UNC Chapel Hill? Did Chapel Hill give you a different diagnosis or treatment from what you heard from your doctors in Ashville?
