Oh dear Jan, I haven't worked that one out, unless you can get someone to help you with it. My last bout of the disease was only on my front. I was buying another stick from Boots yesterday, and I noticed there were other products in the tea tree and witch hazel range, so maybe you could look to see if any of those may be useful to you?

@margus when I started with Grovers it was all over my chest, that is totally cleared up, but I’m afraid to say that for fear that it will come back. Now I broke out so bad on my upper back and lower back. I can deal with my lower back that I can reach, but of course I can’t see it. It’s just a matter of feeling where the rash is, my upper back is a major problem. No, I have no one to put anything on my back. A friend of mine offered to come over on her way to work at 6 AM in the morning and that I declined. Right now I am using a spatula to put any of my prescription medication’s on the upper part of my back, which was suggested by my dermatologist. I also have this back lotion applicator that I bought off Amazon by a company called VIVE and they sell multiple products including this lotion, applicator. For now I’m doing the best I can if that product was not a stick. I would have ordered it in a second. Good luck with your Grovers disease. The thought of having this for the rest of my life is daunting.
