@brianjarvis Retrograde ejaculation is also common following a HoLEP procedure, though I do not understand why.

@daveys It’s said to be a common and permanent result of most prostate surgeries - including HoLEP.

Did you discuss likely side-/after-effects with your doctor prior to the surgery?
