Good afternoon so i had my PSA done in June i had a PSA total of 3.0 and PSA%free 7L MY UROLOGIST told me i should not worry about the Psa%Free i was a bit confused by that can anyone here kindly give me some feedback. My next test is next month and ready for what the outcome has for me. When i started this journey i was at 7.65 radiation was done as well.

@fig1971 What type of radiation treatment did you have that caused nausea and throwing up? Was it only your prostate gland that was treated?

@daveys Good question - have not heard of this in any forum discussions, have you? Usually the lower GI is affected - not the upper.

@brianjarvis ah and im pissing like a race horse. During intercourse when i get to the point of ejaculation absolutely nothing comes out been dealing with that for months lets see when things will start falling back in place.

@fig1971 If you check the contraindications of Tamsulosin, you’ll find that retrograde ejaculation is common.

@brianjarvis Retrograde ejaculation is also common following a HoLEP procedure, though I do not understand why.
