Thank you for this. My doctor sent a Neurologist a referal request. I'm told by the Neurologist's office my wait time for an appointment would be ten to twelve months. I have a telephone appoinment with my doctor today. We'll see where this goes.

@1427donwood I have the same maddening problem with long wait times. When I moved to Kentucky from Maryland for much better neuro care it took me about a year before I finally got my team of doctors and APRNs together, talking to each other, etc. Don’t give up, advocate loudly, frequently for yourself, the “squeaky wheel” syndrome really does work!
