Hi @johnbishop. Thanks for this! It seems this is what I've been experiencing. Based on the one fellow who spoke about having a neck injury that contributed to them I wonder if that is behind it at all and could explain why it happens in the middle of the night, as sleeping in a position that exacerbates my sciatica (I've had a bad flare up on the past few weeks) makes this happen in the middle of the night. I'll check into this further.
