Compression sleeve left a tender spot on my arm: Suggestions?

I have had a relatively easy time with my compression sleeve for lymphedema. But I recently took the sleeve off and had an unusual tender spot on my arm above the elbow and now have some tenderness on the inside of the elbow. I haven't worn the sleeve since. Anyone have experience with this? What did you do? Thank you.

If it is a custom sleeve I would talk to whoever made it for you and/or your doctor. Are you receiving MLD? With lymphedema your swelling can vary. Maybe you need a new sleeve. Anyway, get it checked out. My best wishes for you!

I am so sorry for your issues with compression sleeve, I can imagine how painful it be...

When I went through the lymphedema treatment, my PT/OT told me only to wear those compression sleeves when I am exercing or during travel, and need to take them off at night, and I am thankfully fine now. Did you wear those compression sleeve(s) 24/7, by any chance? Please check with your PT/OT if these painful problems persist...
