Liver transplant complications with no cause

I had a transplant for PSC and had multiple episodes of rejection. I did eventually have a time where my enzymes were elevating. They didn’t do a biopsy rather an MRCP and were able to determine that PSC came back again and I needed to get another transplant. For me, my alk phos was extremely high which is a correlated thing with bile duct issues.
Hope they can find the problem!

@bas5195, welcome. Did I read your message correctly that the MRCP (Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography) showed that primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) returned in the first transplanted liver and then you were able to get a second successful liver transplant?

How long ago was the second transplant? How are you doing now?
