My biggest problem since being "diagnosed" with IPN has been my burning and/or itching feet when I lay down at night to sleep. I have 3 different creams that I rub into both feet and that helps a lot! What I have discovered through a vascular surgeon has been a god send! He told me to get a wedge pillow; place it at the end of the bed; and, place my feet at the end of it! I use a 10" wedge pillow (Amazon) but you can get them at different heights. My feet are now above my heart and my blood flow doesn't "pool" in my feet. May not be helpful to many but if it helps just one of you it's a win!!

I have had neuropathy since at least 2019. I never had any pain, just tingling and cramps. I take nortriptyline 25mg 1X day. Most of the symptoms have dissipated to a manageable degree. I still have cramping in toes, usually when I'm pointing my toes like when putting on socks.
