I have idiopathic small fiber peripheral neuropathy and occasionally have areas on my arms, back , chest and leg areas that drive me nuts scratching. It's not consistent with mine but I have some relief with moisturizing my skin in areas where it's really dry. A lot of times I've used Dermeleve anti itch cream for some relief.

I have neuropathy, osteoarthritis
and hemochromatosis . I’m 82 years old. I take B Plus vitamins and get a B 12 shot monthly. I’ve recently noticed an increase in dryness in my skin, face back, scalp, legs, feet. I’ve been taking the vitamins and shot for three years. I think part of it is aging. I’m not certain how old you are…though I believe aging is part of it.
