@here4health I use Vital brand. It has 180 mcg. per tablet. It was the best when I compared prices.The lower priced ones had less potency.

@here4health ocean organic usually I don’t buy off Amazon anymore. There are other brands too but I look for third-party tested lab tested. I look for purity. I’d have to do my research. I look for amounts too because a lot of high D threes are not that great either so I pull up my age and look what amount I need
