I also had to have some programming changes 3 days after I had a dual chamber PM implanted. I was dizzy and also had a strong sensation of flapping over the area of my heart. I sent in a strip to the device clinic. It was RNVAS- repetitive nonreentrant ventriculoatrial synchrony

"It is a rare heart rhythm issue that happens with dual-chamber pacemakers. It occurs when heart signals travel backward from the ventricles to the atria, causing the pacemaker to misfire into a refractory period and lose atrial capture. "

Do you have the ability to send in a strip if something like that happens again?

@missy245 I have a device that sit on a shelf in my bedroom. Reports are sent from my ICD to the doctor's office and to Medtronic when they are requested. I'll bet in an emergency they get sent automatically Please explain about the strip you mention. Is it a printout similar to an EKG - a physical paper?
