@osteopatient2026, that would be the best from the kidneys. Do you think it draws less if you already have more calcium in the bloodstream. But maybe taking it from the bone sends those osteoblast streaming to where the calcium has gone missing.

My sister in law…(a doctor) says they are learning a lot of additional information about calcium, magnesium and other factors …some info doctors sometimes get early on…other times they seem to be the last to find out! Often a patient brings it up.
