@rruben02 I thought about trying this, but I'm looking at a long term fix. Wearing a jock strap is not what I want to wear the rest of my life!!!! How long have you been doing this? JS was never really comfortable when I used them for sports. Thanks for the info!

I appreciate all post on this website/support group! It's not everywhere we can all talk about our pants down! ROFL

@rruben02 Pad inside the jockstrap for sure! Sorry if I didn't make that clear. 🙂

The jock strap holds the pad in place really well-much better than underwear unless you wear some serious tightie tight whities.
