Here is the 100% fix for leak issues with pads. Wear a jock strap. It has worked 100 percent of the time for me. I have no leaks at all. None. Zero. It's that simple.

No one likes jock straps. But, leaks are worse.

I was running into leak problems when sitting and the pad would shift around or during activity when my pad would slip out of place.... or my private was out of alignment. With the jock strap, I've had no problems at all.

I ordered these relatively cheap ones on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WN3SQHJ This brand runs small, so order a size up. I ordered large (I weigh 205) and they work perfect. You still want them to fit snugly, but not enough to make a tenor into a soprano.

Things I've learned: I still need to wear a pair of underwear over the top of the jockstrap because in summer your backside does sweat and it will show up on shorts with a bare butt and a jock strap. A pair of underwear takes care of this issue.

It is so liberating to not to have to worry about clothing leaks. Hope this helps!!

@fritzo
Are you saying put a pad inside the jock strap or you use no pad at all?

@fritzo Sorry, I have a series of questions.
How long have you been doing this method? 🙂
Is this approach 24/7?
Did you do this from the start, or let time go by?
Did you take PT, and do the homework? Such as Kegel's?

Thanks for sharing!
