I take mine as soon as I come downstairs after getting up, right before breakfast. I record it in a notebook daily. My side effects were mild diarrhea (that is basically gone now), swollen ankles and feet and sore fingertips! I get nauseous, too and take Zofran or Compazine for that. I'm on a very mild blood pressure med at night for the swelling of the ankles. They also gave me a prescription for potassium for the heart. (mine was running low) I hop this helps. Just try to stay consistent. I'd advise writing the meds (in a notebook or on a calendar) you take daily when you take them, so you'll not skip or double a dose.

Same. Helpful advice. I’m 94; I set my schedule to alarm on my iPhone. Each time I’ve taken my designated med, I place a check next to the med.
Set up a system that works for you. It’s helpful to track changes you experience.
