In 2022 Spine was -3.1 and hip -3.3. Previous wrist fractures secondary to hard falls. This is what got me in evenity in the first place. I did not have an initial CTX or PINP but am doing them now quarterly. Highest P1NP was 44 3 months ago and CTX was 455. After initial evenity course first year if alendronate held CTX around 300 but after the second year on alendronate went up to 500 and Dexa showed substantial decrease so another year of Evenity. I have 2 more months then another DEXA and I’m assuming Reclast but going to investigate HRT today. I’m 2 months away from 70 so nearly 20 years post menopause
