hi @sallik74 - it's hard when you have time between getting your results and speaking with your doctor. I wouldn't worry too much about the nurse's comment. that said, I would absolutely ask about a biopsy in your upcoming appointment. I would also ask what the dr thinks is causing the ground glass opacities listed on your radiology report. for now you can make a list of all of your questions ahead of your appointment. also consider getting a second opinion from a NIH/academic cancer center (if you aren't already being seen at one.)

I drive 2 hours to Siteman Cancer Center in St Louis MO. I am thinking of going to get a 2nd opinion either in Chicago @ Northwestern or Mayo in Rochester MN.
I will put that on my list about what could be the cause of ground glass
