High CAC score now lower

@celia16 it seems in my blood work except for my borderline High hematocrit has always been in the green I guess I have just had a bad lifestyle or hereditary. I did take calcium supplements unadvised thinking they were going to be good for me for many years. I doubt if that had anything to do with it

@tlclimo , that’s interesting. I suppose I was feeling rather comfortable since my cholesterol has been between 100-120 for the last 8 years and also low for many years before that. Still, I’m not sure how I would change anything if CAC score were high, since I already live as I am high risk…..tight diet, exercise, statin, low sodium, maintain BP, monitor labs, etc. I guess I’m scared of the unknown. I’ve had a lot on my plate over the last year….not sure I want one more thing to deal with. Think I’ll put it off until next year.
