Email filters are optional. You can set an email filter to have email notifications from Connect go into a specially designated email folder. If tech stuff overwhelms you, I wouldn't bother with it. You seem to be managing your use of emails and Connect just the way you are currently. As they say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Occasionally, emails from Connect will go into spam. Emails ending in @n1.hubapplication.com can be put on your safe list.

You will NEVER see your medical records on Connect. Connect is not the same system as the Patient Online Service, also called the patient portal. The only information about you on Connect is the information you've shared in your messages. You are anonymous and are in control of what you choose to share. It is important to remember that Connect is a public website. That means that people looking for support from other patients and caregivers can find this amazing community. But it is good to keep in mind that it is public.
