Does the facility have a social worker? It sounds like the situation is very complex, but moving to another facility may be better for your husband and you in the long run. Because you made an anonymous complaint, does that mean you can’t redo it? If abuse or neglect is happening, it should be highest priority to be resolved. No facility can afford be charged or proven to be neglectful or abusive. It seems you hold all the cards.
