I’ve found that during the winter months when my work is slow and I’m not as active I have more frequent TIAs. And, during the rest of the year when I’m working I have very few TIAs. I would say take control of your own body and move, walk, ride an exercise bike, but start slowly at a pace you are comfortable with. Movement has helped me feel better and sleep better. Does it stop the attacks, no but it does help me feel better and enjoy living.

PS: I am 72 years old and I’m doing much better, but activity is important.
