Upcoming cataract surgery and starting Orgovyx (relugolix) pills
I have Stage 4 Metastatic prostate cancer, cataracts, astigmatism, and macular degeneration (AMD dry kind).
I am starting Orgovyx -and- having cataract/astigmatism surgery the same month (Aug, 2026).
Does having my cataracts removed while starting Orgovyx raise any red flags?

I would discuss with your opthomologist. Why not get surgery and then start the orgovyx ? If you are looking at a couple of weeks or less, I dont think that will make that much difference in your PC treatment and control. But that question really is one that should be discussed fully with both your doctors.

IDK but I'd check with both doctors. Typically each eye is done 2 weeks apart and the opthalmologist checks each eye after two weeks so a total of one month before you are cleared. I'd assume this is the worst case if you have to delay.
