Has anyone tried Red Algae for bone health

@maymore Good to know, but it is way out of my reach financially. That seems to be a common reason people don't use it.

Almost everything we do for our health can be a gamble, hopefully with the odds well calculated in our favor…..Osteoporosis develops slowly, so if we can stabilize it, that’s a win….there is no magic pill —but exercise/walking are very important, no matter what else we do. Being proactive is key to better health outcomes. Wishing everyone good bones !
