Melatonin issue

It’s very risky using melatonin, in fact it’s banned in the UK. I find magnesium bisglycinate very effective, start low, about 80 mg., don’t follow what the packaging says, it’s usually too high and will cause stomach pain. Also the sleeping problems will eventually get better over time, it’s those crazy harmones that are to blame.

@frouke I understand melatonin is a prescription medication in the UK. It is OTC in the US. A dose of 1mg
is considered safe.

@frouke I've taken magnesium glycinate daily for about 20 years. 400mg. No side effects whatsoever. I do believe it's probably the change issue. Grrrr....
