TURP is barbaric and old school. It is physically very painful, traumatic, and lots of bleeding. It takes longer than all the other methods, to recover.

Thanks for the note, I’m not overly concerned about RE, it’s mostly the tiredness, some dizziness, sinus congestion, the issue of floppy iris is another concern. Like to go off it but getting up 5 times a night can’t do it. Other medications that are similar to Flomax have much the same Side effects. I will see my urologist soon maybe he has another view.
