I started at 77 last year. Early menopause at 38.

@hello1234 I started HRT at 61. It was prescribed by my gynecologist. As I started researching HRT, I asked my primary care doctor if she had any recommendations of gynecologists who specialized in menopause. She said she didn’t know of any but referred me to a gynecologist who didn’t do obstetrics. I went in for a first visit with a lot of questions, she answered them all before I could ask and sent me home with HRT. Keep advocating for yourself.
