@tpbcc13 good advice above. I had Mohs surgery on the side of my nose about 20 years ago right where it creases at the side. Due to it’s position my doctor performed a flap procedure which took longer to perform and healing took longer as well, but in the end, there was no visible scars. Just follow post-op directions and you will be fine. Aside from vanity, I still went to meet clients with a bandage on side of nose. 😂
