Bilateral wrist pain
Hi, I’m a 19 year-old male who has had wrist pain in both hands for Over a year now, I was doing a lot of sports and gaming before which may have been the cause for overuse, however for this year, I have not used my hands much at all and no devices and it has improved a bit but not fully. I have had multiple scans MRIs x-rays and nerve conduction test of the wrist, forearms and back all coming back with nothing. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this, I’ll be thankful for your guidance.

If you haven't already, a consultation with a hand surgeon and rheumatologist might lead to answers.
Have you had your neck looked at? Sometimes that can refer pain to wrists.
Have you seen an osteopath or a Feldenkrais practitioner? Both can be helpful, especially since your imaging has been negative so you don't have arthritis or conduction problems.
Best of luck to you and hang in - You will find a way out of this pain!
@harry15 If the docs have ruled out structural issues, I would suggest that you ask for a referral to a Hand Therapist (a specially trained Occupational or Physical Therapist) who can teach you stretching and strengthening exercises to be done every day to fix this. Also, they can show you proper posture when you do use your phone and keyboard to correct the underlying cause.
Have you tried therapy?
although I am not your doctor, I think the overuse is the problem. Now you need to get into occupational therapy. What they will do is show you the correct way to hold your wrists. I went to the doctors tons for a few years. What resolved it entirely was wearing a cheap amazon brace to hold my wrists stiff in position to my hands. IN THE CORRECT ALIGNMENT. I did that for 3 days, problem solved. a few more times, less and less and haven't used the brace in 10 years now! Just wore it while I was flexing my wrist (painting, typing, gardening, opening mail, cooking, etc). Try that for a couple days and if you feel better it is simply putting too much pressure on your wrist. this kind: https://www.walmart.com/ip/INDEEMAX-2-Pack-Copper-Wrist-Brace-Support-Carpal-Tunnel-Pain-Relief-Arthritis-Tendonitis-Adjustable-Braces-Compression-Wraps-Both-Hands-Fit-Men-Wome/15192958078
