@njx58 Thanks, I read that here about adjusting the dosage downwards on Tymlos, which I think is a very good idea especially when starting. What I don't understand is that Tymlos is 80 mcg and Forteo is 20 mcg, so it seems that Forteo is a lower dose however I realize that they are made with different ingredients so I guess that explains why we can't compare them via dosage. If I get a choice on which to take? Not sure I will but I wish I understood more about the difference. If dr doesn't agree with lower dose of Tymlos I would suggest that it is just temporary as we are adjusting to the medication.
