@carlsbadguy To my knowledge and experience do strength training as you can. I suggest getting after it in case you have radiation side effects near the end of your radiation journey. I rode my mountain bike throughout radiation and post radiation but did do a slow downward grind near the end of my 25 sessions. ADT knocked a little wind out of my sails but made sure to get out even if for 5-6 miles at a lower heartrate. Had to will myself out of the easy chair to go and was always rewarded by feeling better for a few hours. Good luck and lay still lol!

@chippydoo Thanks you, you may have missed some of my earlier posts. When I started ADT I started heavy resistance training 2-3 days a week, and 30-45 minutes of cardio (not running though) on the days I don't do resistance. I also do impact loading work every day. So I'm getting after it as best I can. I'm Gleason 8 with cribriform and IDC-P, so I have to work every day to the best of my ability to fight this disease, and that includes during the 5.5 weeks of radiation. I want to dance at my 2 grand children's weddings, which means I need to hang on for another 12-15 years minimum.
