@beekeeperj, that's great that you have been accepted to be seen at Mayo Clinic. I can understand that getting everything in order is stressful, especially when preparing for international travel to get to Mayo and to set up necessary arrangements when working with a disability.

Mayo Clinic is working hard to coordinate your care to see the right specialists for your stay from out of country. I can imagine the flurry of emails and various communications seems to be coming at you from all angles.

To help answer your questions, can you share:
- Which Mayo Clinic location will you be attending?
- How soon will you be coming to Mayo?
- Which department will be seeing you for your primary concern?
- Have you been able to submit your records?

First I need to clarify. Perhaps I misunderstood what I can expect. I called and was told and international specialist wood explain everything to me, how to prepare, how to send records etc. Daily emails And the portal list Appointments and Estimates and requests for information piece meal. I have no thread to put it together. I don't know when the appointments end Estimate are going to stop coming. should I just wait till all emails are done And then start sending records or BEGIN planning. Apologies talk to text Errors. Thank you
