Hello @lycisca,
I’m so sorry you went through this last summer, must have been very difficult.
Thank you very much for your thoughts and prayers.
I’m praying for the same, things working out in a positive way.
And Yes, very true, thank you for that important reminder.
Hoping you are feeling well, that last summer’s health difficulties have improved for you.
🤗 Daisy

@daisydays Thank you for your concern. To answer your questions, I've had ros-1 lung cancer for over 6 years now, and I'm happy to say that as of my last CT scan it's still in remission although I need to continue oral chemo as long as it stays that way. Last summer when the scan showed something in my right shoulder both my oncologist and I thought it was the ros-1 metastasizing. We were both wrong--the biopsy showed it to be something called a giant cell tumor. We agreed that due to my immunity being compromised, my age and health, surgery was not an option. She put me on a second oral chemo, which I am still taking. A recent CT showed the tumor is there, but no larger than before. So here I am stuck with two chemos and their side effects until something changes. Please let us know the results of your medical visits and how things go. You'll be in my prayers.
