@becsbuddy I had a dr almost convince I was going nuts... an said was all part of growing old to "deal with it"... I refused to.... that's why I went outside of Central care.. an they had me pegged the first appointment.... from support groups on fb well not all trust but take ideas try see if change I guess but when was feeling better.. I ran with it... that's why I suggested Journaling day... food an drink to how feel an when bathroom.. I've had lifetime allergies I've learned to watch things.... to don't forget either.. but the brain fog is no joke... but switching my diet I'm in better shape I ever have... that's why I say try to.. because not everyone is cookie cutter version.. but more less hey there's ideas... don't give up. I almost did... keep going till you find what works for you... the red dye 40 and sugars... when I cut that out.. my esophagus healed up.. could finally sleep laying down... an got rid of at least 8 meds for Gerd, heartburn, so forth.... an with getting rid of that I eat jalapeños no issues... I can enjoy you can too...
