I have high grade serous cell endometrial cancer stage 3C. Had a radical hysterectomy, margins not cleared, no possibility of surgery. 6 rounds of Carb/Pac but only worked somewhat for a few months, then a new tumor in the vaginal cuff. Currently in a clinical trial testing Enhertu and it is working. NED. The clinical trial is in Kelowna, but I don't know whether they are are still recruiting patients. You could ask your doctors if there is any possibility of getting on it or whether there are any other trials.
