So sorry to hear that you are having the same issues that I have had for almost two years. Things are a little bit better now since I started a medication that is two fold-it reduces anxiety and also calms nerves. My taste issues we think is a result of dry mouth and maybe some nerve issues. I still have problems with a bitter/sour taste often during the day but the salty taste I was experiencing often is now much less. Also I now have a day here and there where I have no bad taste at all which is such a relief but it doesn't happen often enough. Have you tried to hide the taste with gum, or mouth rinses? Does anyone say that you have a lack of saliva?
