Is anyone familiar with slipping rib syndrome?

I have Ehlers Danlos which causes me to subluxe or dislocate my joints pretty regularly. Slipping rib is pretty common with us. It’s extremely painful. I’m lucky that I’ve always been able to manipulate it back into place. It can sound and feel super gross but it’s near instant relief when it pops back in.

I have the same pain on my left rib cage like you, went to a chiropractor today and I don’t have a broken rib, it may be costochodritis. The weird thing is, I wake up in the morning pain free, by the end of afternoon pain start again

Hi @gigiridgway ! I realize you made this post almost 3 years ago...but was curious if you ever found an answer to your symptoms and issue? You saying you are pain free in the morning- and pain develops by the afternoon (along with all the other symptoms above) really resonated with me. Any answers?
