Hi Laurie, This may seem silly but I saw on Temu.com a some knee massager bands that also have heat. They only cost 22 bucks and may be worth a try. I have the Nida bands and they do help along with Requip. I also take hot baths with epsom salts and a claming bubble bath and soak as long as possible. Also I put ice packs behind my knees for a while. Hot to cold seems to help. I wish you good luck with finding a lasting solution. I understand.....

@lauriefeenstra Thank you for the update. I have been wondering about you. I'm glad that Noctrix has been helpful. I'm so sorry for your continued difficulties and I am hopeful that you will get the Nidra and that it will help--as much as it has helped me and more! I know how you are suffering, because that's where I have come from...All I can think to say is HANG IN THERE--whatever it takes to get through the days and nights. I hope the new opioid will help. If not at the initial strength maybe a higher dose? Not sleeping is the worst thing I ever experienced. (So much worse than childbirth which is over and done--not continuous torture). I'm so proud that you have fought for a promising option. I am pulling for you! Please keep us all posted!
