Thanks for your input. I have added a different fiber to my daily routine. It is called sunfiber and comes from guar gum. It doesn't cause gas like some other fiber supplements do.
Have to cut down on the glycolax though.
Since my issues emanate from botched surgery, the approach is a little different but most of the solutions are the same.
Waiting to get into a new colo-rectal surgeon as I haven't had an exam in years. It has to be down under anasthesia.
