Brian, thanks so much for sharing this presentation. Oh how I wish I had seen this before my treatment or soon after radiation. Sadly, my urologist, my oncologist and my radiation oncologist failed to address these issues. I have/had given up on any sort of erectile functioning; and I'm only 57 (diagnosed at 56). Although this presentation suggests I should have been far more proactive than I have been, maybe there's hope? ADT sure sucks the desire out of me so penile function hasn't been a top priority. Again, thanks Brian Jarvis for sharing this informative lecture.
