I’m at a loss there! I’ve never had that happen on any of my machines or on MyAir.
They just pick up where they left off with the time.
I really suggest talking to the equipment company; something sounds weird with this machine.

@kudzu You are so right, of course, I cannot do a thing until Monday now, I will use it tonight and tomorrow but I am calling them Mon Morning and see what they say! I am not letting my insurance take the money from my account for a crappy machine! I cannot get another one for 5 years!
